A regular way of working

What matters
this month?

That’s where we start. We agree on priorities, work through them, and decide what comes next.

01

Choose the priorities.

Review the requests, issues, and ideas that need attention.

02

Make the improvements.

Work within the capacity and scope we’ve agreed on.

03

Know where things stand.

See what is done, what needs your input, and what’s next.

Planning your support

The right amount
of help for your business.

These monthly ranges are a starting point. I’ll review your setup and put together a proposal with the specific services and capacity you need.

Keep it running

Website care

Routine attention for a supported WordPress site.

$250–$500/ month
  • Scheduled updates and checks
  • Backup and uptime monitoring
  • A regular care summary

The site is reviewed before support begins. Repairs, onboarding, and new features are scoped separately.

Discuss ongoing support
What we can work on

The list you
keep coming back to.

A better contact form. A new service page. A store template that needs attention. An integration that has stopped behaving as expected.

Some months are about small improvements. Others need a larger feature broken into stages. We agree on what fits the available time and discuss extra work before taking it on.

For Shopify, Next.js, or a mix of platforms, the care responsibilities are tailored to your setup. Hosting, paid software, cloud usage, and messaging are separate unless included in your agreement.

Service hours, response targets, included capacity, and cancellation terms are set out in the proposal. These arrangements do not include unlimited development or round-the-clock support.

Useful next steps
Website

Keep the content moving.

New pages, product updates, image changes, and improvements to how your team edits the site.

Systems

Take care of the connections.

Investigate integration issues, review refresh workflows, and plan changes when connected services evolve.

Improvement

Make room for the next idea.

Refine a template, build a useful feature, or plan a photography refresh as a separately scoped project.

Before we work together

Getting started
with support.

Can you support a website you did not build?

Yes, subject to an initial review. I need to understand the site’s condition and dependencies. Any repair, modernization, or onboarding work is scoped separately.

Can I start with a project and add support later?

Yes. We can plan support as part of the handoff or discuss it when you are ready for continuing development.

What if a task needs more time than my plan includes?

I will explain what is involved and agree on additional work before proceeding. We can also reprioritize the remaining monthly work.

Can you help maintain an integration?

Yes, when its dependencies and support responsibilities are included in our agreement. Third-party changes can require development work, so monitoring and repair scope are defined together.

A project starts with a conversation

What’s been sitting on your list?

Bring the fixes, ideas, and recurring frustrations. We can decide what to tackle first.

Let’s talk about it
