Ongoing support

Choose a starting point. Care responsibilities and development time are agreed together in one proposal.

Requested timing

Timing is a preference, not a booking. I’ll confirm availability and any effect on cost.

Transparency first

How these estimates
are calculated.

The starting ranges match the pricing guide. Additional custom work is flagged for an estimate instead of being given a price before the scope is understood.

01 // Fixed quote vs. Planning range

What affects the final proposal?

The estimator starts with the published ranges for each kind of project. Your proposal accounts for the actual design, content, integrations, and launch requirements, with deliverables and payment stages set out before work begins.

02 // Phased development

Can we break the project into stages?

Yes. We can define the first useful release, then plan additional features and improvements as later projects or ongoing development.

03 // Third-party costs

Are hosting and software fees included?

Third-party domain registration, specialized SaaS licenses (Shopify subscriptions, paid plugins), hosting accounts, and advertising spend are paid directly by you to those providers. Your proposal identifies which costs are included and which are separate.

04 // Direct collaboration

Who works on my project?

You work directly with me. If the project involves your designer, marketing team, or other developers, we agree on responsibilities and review points before starting.
